Herd Health Checks and Comprehensive Care
Pregnancy diagnosis and evaluation of the reproductive tract can offer your beef or dairy herd extra insight and aid in decision making processes. This service can be scheduled routinely or on an as needed basis. Ultrasound is an added tool for more efficient and accurate examinations. We offer Dairy Comp 305 reproductive record keeping for our herd health clients to aid in management on the farm.
Routine vaccinations, reproductive hormone protocols, and other preventative health and maintenance procedures can be added to suit your herd’s needs.
Aside from herd health visits, we offer general on-farm surgery, treatment/protocol development, health certificates, in-house or commercial laboratory testing, and routine veterinary care for our large animal clients.
Equine Power Floats
Horses should have an oral exam done on a yearly basis to assess any issues that may need to be addressed. This may include dental equilibration (floating), which smooths out any rough or uneven surfaces that may lead to more serious issues if not addressed. We perform these services on-site in our equine stocks, or we can travel to the farm or stable.
